Welcome to pyhdf's documentation!
=======================================

pyhdf is a python wrapper around the NCSA HDF version 4 library. The SD
(Scientific Dataset), VS (Vdata) and V (Vgroup) API's are currently
implemented. NetCDF files can also be read and modified.
